FINANCIAL SUPERVISION
Activity workflow
- Independent control and validation of project documentation (projects, contracts, contract cost estimates, term plan of construction, permits and licenses of designers, supervisors and contractors),
- Permanent or periodic technical supervision over construction that ensures that loan payments are accompanied by real progress in construction and that the funds paid are spent in accordance with a predefined plan,
- Representation of financial institutions regarding coordination of participants in construction,
- Monitoring and reporting on the state of works at construction site, which provides the financial institution with timely and reliable information on the status of the project,
- Independent control and validation of monthly calculation of completed works,
- Representation of financial institutions in building handover phase.
